Launching a Classic is the start-up campaign for Cherokee Classical Academy.
Funds raised will be used to prepare the campus and classrooms for the first year of school as well as supporting general operations, athletics, campus events, extracurricular activities, financial aid, and more.
Examples of projects include:
Building upgrades,
Landscaping,
Initial curriculum and supply purchases,
Financial aid,
Laptops for teachers,
Set up of campus safety and emergency communications systems,
Teacher appreciation,
Stocking the nurses clinic,
Establishing the athletics program,
and more!
As a state-funded public charter school, the school’s per-pupil revenue is not enough to cover all of the costs associated with opening a new school.
